INFORMATION 

Payment:
On arrival. Please pay cash. We take credit cards but you will need to cover our bank surcharge of 3%. If you are staying more than 7 days we will accept a cheque giving the bank time to clear the cheque.

Laundry :
This is on site next to the office, you are welcome to use this and the two clothes lines near by. 

 Cleaning : 
This is a self contained holiday apartment. The washing of dishes and general tidiness of the apartment is the responsibility of the guest. If your apartment is left in such a condition that it requires extra cleaning an additional charge of $50 will apply. Cleaning materials and vacuum cleaner are available. Please ask at the office and we can assist you with these. 
Waste disposal: 
We use a system of recycling. All recycled material into the yellow bin and all general waste should go into the blue bin. Bins are located at the rear of the property in the south east corner. These are located on the southern side of the building. 
BBQ and Seating area: Is available for your use. Please clean after use.
Car Parking: One car per apartment. Security 
Gates: 
Gates close at 10pm and open at 7am. Please ask for the security codes. Television: Adelaide hosts channel 2,7,9, 10 and SBS. These are via the remote. 
Public Transport: 
A regular bus service operates between West Beach & City and West Beach & Glenelg. Buses run approximately every half hour and can be taken from Burbridge Road and Military Road. Bus timetables available at the office. 
Taxi and Car Hire
The telephone book in your apartment lists these. Most taxi services cater for the West Beach area. Car hire - we can organise a car at very competitive rates. 
Directions to the City : Follow Burbridge Road which changes its name to Sir Donald Bradman Drive all the way until you reach the city. It is extremely difficult to get lost. 
Street Directories: Available on request from the office. 
Shops: 
There are a wide variety of shops on Burbridge Road about a 3-5 minute walk away. These include a very good supermarket, pizza and chicken shops, hairdresser, chemist, dentist & doctor. Liquor shop is between main shop and the Apartments. Supermarket is open between 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Restaurants: Similarly the area hosts a wide variety of very good restaurants and hotels - these are within 3 minutes drive in a northerly direction along Seaview Road to Henley Square,
 
Good Walks: 
(a) south along the beach shore to Glenelg (b) north along Seaview Road and Esplanade to Henley Jetty or Grange. (c) an excellent walk or cycle is along the linear park - which starts from the footbridge 2 minutes north along Seaview Road. 
Tourist Brochures : We have a small range of these available in the office.
 
Departure Time: 10am. 
Cancelation Policy : 
No refund is available after the accommodation has commenced.
All cancellations must be advised in writing before any refund can be considered. Refunds during the low season:- Deposit will be refunded less admin cost of $20 if cancellation is notified 1 week before arrival. During the shoulder , and Peak seasons :- deposit will be refunded if notified at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival and deposit will only be refunded if apartment can be rebooked.
