Answer (Question 6) : I enjoy using collage because it is a bold medium to work with. The thing I also like to express in my illustration is colour and texture. I like the freedom working in collage gives me. I enjoy being able to move the bits of paper around! I also like feeling as though I can more easily 'animate' the characters while I am working on the book. I think I will use collage again - although the book I am currently working on does not use this technique. Generally, I just work in whichever style/medium suits the feel of the story.
