I grew up on a farm
south of Adelaide.
My parents were market
gardeners and I grew up surrounded by animals and lots of open
space.

From a young age I
was always writing and drawing and hoped to illustrate or write
books when I grew up!
My family encouraged
me to be creative, and as we didn't live close-by to other children,
we were always making up games and things out of what was around
us.
