Fr. Andrew Zerafa was born on January 14, 1925 in Cairo, Egypt, the son of Raphael and Carmela.  Andy entered the Society of Jesus in Melbourne on February 1, 1950.  He was ordained a priest on January 6, 1960, and admitted to final vows in the Society of Jesus on August 15, 1981.  Over a span of 32 years, he became a much-loved priest and friend to the Norwood Parish community.  He entered eternal life at Adelaide, September 12, 2003 and was buried at West Terrace on September 18, 2003.
