After the last war, people knowing I was a qualified flying instructer, having passed an instructors course at No 3 E.I.S. at Lulsgate Bottom, Somerset , U.K. in June 1945, would ask me many question about flying. After becoming a professional photographer in 1953, I was continually asked about photography.
Another question I have been asked regularly since an early age was if I was related to the Australian slow bowler, CLARENCE VICTOR GRIMMETT.
