  1. Customer to be consulted prior to works for positioning and placement of equipment.

  2. Work to be carried out in a Professional Manner, with Customer Satisfaction being of Paramount Importance.

  3. Customer shall be given access to ALL available satellites and channels at the time of the installation.

  4. Satellite Antenna shall be secured firmly, and Aligned and Peaked to provide Maximum Performance. A Spectrum Analizer, and Digital Level are used in the set-up procedure.

  5. Mounting Structure shall be either Galvanised or Rust Treated.

  6. Satellite Antenna to be tightly clamped to pole, to prevent mount from turning on pole in high winds.

  9. Where appropriate all reasonable effort shall be taken to conceal cables.

  10. Cables where exposed to possible physical damage, to be run through U/V Resistant Sleeving, and Secured.

  11. In all circumstances, the Satellite Amplifier will be protected by a Weather- Proof Nose Cone Cover.

  12. The motor used shall be of 24 inches in lenght and designed in the USA.

  13. A ONE YEAR Warranty is given on all equipment and workmanship, including motors.

  14. Customers will be instructed in the proper use of equipment, and also issued with written instructions and diagrams.

Practices listed above are Typical of the Workmanship carried out by Free To Air Satellite Services, S.A., but may not be applicable in ALL cases, due to possible variations encountered during Installation.
