The hardest of HSV cars to get an improvement on? More than likely. The late VY Series I HSV efforts were vastly improved over the earlier cars, having more conservative ignition timing, and much leaner fuel maps. Getting an excellent result like this is a lot harder, and takes much longer on the dyno, but is well worth the effort. On the road with remapped transmission control, this still tight engine felt superb
