  2. that the items supplied are in accordance with the description and dimensions depicted in the web page (with the proviso that weights may vary slightly from batch to batch from that shown in the catalogue). If a customer can demonstrate that this is not the case full refund will be made upon return of goods within 14 days of despatch.          
   In the case of any fault found the item will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

2. EARINGS AND CHARMS AND MEDALLIONS ORDERED AT THE SAME TIME AS OTHER ITEMS OR TOGETHER WILL BE $10 CHEAPER EACH.
3. WEIGHTS ARE APPROXIMATE AND INCLUDED SO THAT COMPARISONS CAN BE MADE WITH OTHER PRODUCTS
4. All transactions are by BANKCHEQUE (DRAFT), DIRECT DEBIT, or MONEY ORDER (or can be sent C.O.D. in AUSTRALIA)

5. Goods will be despatched by registered mail on a same day as cleared basis. All items include postage, and packing and insurance. .
