My menus are  creative and are designed to be appropriate for and to complement your function as well as being tailored to meet your cost and taste requirements.  I offer friendly, reliable and efficient personal service, assistance in organising your function and attention to detail to ensure the food served is of the highest standard and quality. My goal is to make your function an occasion to remember.

    - The kitchen facilities where the function will be held (is there an oven, microwave,

      dishwasher, access to running water and bench space?)

    - The format that you require - eg. cocktail food, buffet or sit down meal

    - If you need waiting staff to assist at your function
